Kevin Beggs

Kevin Beggs is a Kiwi and was originally appointed to the IRFU's National Panel Referees in 2004. Originally from Christchurch he came to Ireland in 1995 and took up the whistle as a member of the Leinster Rugby Referees, where he also served on the Executive Committee for five years. He is a member of Ashbourne Rugby Club in Meath, and regularly runs the line in Europe. He is also a Television Match Official (TMO). He was a member of the team of six officials that officiated at the Amlin Challenge Cup final in 2010, alongside Alain Rolland, Alan Lewis, George Clancy, Alan Rogan and Tony Redmond. "
